Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact info@sleepteaco.com.au within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase. If you have not contacted us within 30 days of purchase we are unable to provide a refund.

All items must be unopened and in original packaging. All items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Items are sent in heavy duty, tough mailer envelopes and therefore your item should not receive any damage. On the rare occasion damage may occur, please contact us directly to discuss further.

All returns are at the cost of the customer. Sleep Tea Co is not responsible for the postage cost for returning an item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be quality inspected to ensure your refund can be processed. If approved your refund will be processed and you will be advised accordingly.

If we are unable to approve your refund we will contact you to advise and outline the reasons why.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event your item was damaged through the shipping process an exchange can be offered. Sleep Tea Co is unable to process your exchange until the damaged item is returned to us. 

As per above, any shipping costs associated with returning items whether for an exchange or refund are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

We recommend using a tracking option when returning your item to us for your own piece of mind.
